Applicable Sectors: Commercial, Industrial, Nonprofit, Schools, Local Government, State Government, Fed. Government, Multi-Family Residential, Institutional
Incentive Amount: $/kWh and $/therm incentives, vary based on expected energy savings
Maximum Incentive: Varies for each program milestone
$2 M per project (+ $1 million if CHP is added)
$1 M per utility meter
$1 M per CHP unit in a project per calendar year
Eligible System Size: Minimum electric demand of 200 kW
Installation Requirements: Projects must achieve a minimum 15% source energy reduction target
Program Budget: $23.3 million (2009)
Funding Source: Societal Benefits Charge

Project Review/Certification Program managers may verify sales receipts and equipment installations; final incentive payment conditional upon measurement and verification of energy savings
